About the role
TWL is looking to hire up to 10 casual workers to join our team in the warehouse for pick, pack, and inventory roles.
We're looking for people who thrive on fast paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and love working in a team.
You'll be a great fit for our team if you are hard working, have good communication skills and are enthusiastic about providing the best experience for our customers.
Role & Responsibilities:
Order Fulfilment
Accurately pick orders using digital pick guidance and barcode scanners
Label, bag, and pack customer orders ready for dispatch
Ensure every order is picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
Inventory & Stock
Receive and put away incoming stock
Assist with stocktakes on incoming and existing inventory
Report damaged, missing, or discrepant stock to the team lead
Warehouse Standards
Follow safety and manual handling procedures, including lifting as required
Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and ready for daily operations
Take care of warehouse equipment (scanners, totes,



packing stations)
Team & Flexibility
Work collaboratively with the team to hit daily dispatch targets
Flexibly support other warehouse functions (receiving, packing, stocktake) based on daily demand
Reporting
This role will report to the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Team Lead
Timing:
These roles will commence mid-late September
Important Note:
Candidates must be available to work across the end of year period (Nov/Dec/Early Jan).
