About the role
Due to the continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments while providing support to the broader finance function.
Key responsibilities
Accounts payable processing for a portfolio of Group companies.
Accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices.
Ensuring supplier payments are made in accordance with agreed trading terms.
Preparing and completing month-end supplier reconciliations.
Maintaining supplier accounts payable records.
Investigating and resolving supplier account queries.
Liaising with internal purchasing teams and external suppliers.
Assisting with month-end finance activities and reporting requirements.
Providing general support to the Finance Team on adhoc projects and tasks as required.
About you




Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or finance administration role.
Experience working with FPAA accounts will be an advantage.
Experience processing high volumes of invoices with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Well-developed communication and relationship management skills.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Wiise ERP systems will be highly regarded.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role.
