About the role
As Assistant Director, you will work closely with the Centre Director to support the day-to-day operation of the Centre.
Your days of work will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Key responsibilities
Daily operations and organisation
Leadership and support of educators
Staffing support
Regulatory and legislative compliance
Quality improvement and reflective practice
Supporting positive relationships with children, families and educators
Guiding educators and contributing to a strong, professional team culture
About you
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
Ready to step into or continue growing within a leadership role
Confident and respectful communicator
Strong team collaborator
Organised,
reliable and able to manage competing priorities
Passionate about high-quality early childhood education
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
