Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced
Senior HR Advisor
to join their WA team, supporting both project teams and the wider business from their Perth office and various project locations.
The Role:
Reporting to the
Senior HR Manager
, you will play a key role in delivering effective people initiatives across the WA business while partnering closely with operational leaders, project teams and corporate stakeholders.
This is a
hands-on HR Advisor role
suited to someone who enjoys building solid relationships, being visible across projects and acting as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels.
You will support a broad range of HR activities including:
Employee relations
Workforce planning
Talent attraction
Development initiatives
Nationally driven HR programs
A key focus of the role will be supporting the
WA Graduate and Cadet programs
, including coordinating rotations, monitoring development plans, supporting project placements and partnering with leaders to ensure successful program outcomes.
Your Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
Previous experience as an
HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor
Experience within construction, engineering, resources or similar industries highly regarded
Strong understanding of IR/ER processes and workplace legislation
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Confident communication style with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
Experience working with HRIS systems (
Workday experience advantageous
)
Comfortable working across both office and project environments
Full Australian working rights are required
