The focus of this role is
Talent Sourcing and Candidate Engagement
across Allied Health and Behaviour Support.
This is a proactive, high-volume recruitment role in a
tight and highly competitive candidate market
, where much of your day will be spent connecting with people over the phone.
You'll source and engage both active and passive talent through LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search and our existing database, screen applicants, and uncover the
drivers, motivations and priorities
that would influence their next career move.
From there, you'll position us as a potential employer by connecting what matters to the candidate with what we can genuinely offer.
This isn't a role for someone who waits for applications to come in.
Success requires
natural communication skills, resilience and confidence
.
You'll need to be comfortable starting conversations with people who may not be looking for a job, handling rejection, thinking on your feet and holding your own with experienced clinicians and leaders.
You'll also build talent pipelines for current and future vacancies, coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across Australia, and manage the candidate journey through to employment.
About you
Previous




healthcare or Allied Health recruitment experience is essential.
Comfortable with high-volume, phone-based candidate sourcing and outreach
A natural communicator who can quickly build rapport and have genuine conversations
Strong EQ and curiosity — you know how to uncover what actually matters to a candidate
Resilient and persistent without being pushy
Confident engaging with experienced clinicians and senior stakeholders
Self-directed and able to maintain momentum when working remotely
Flexible and adaptable in a quick-moving recruitment environment
Experience using
JobAdder
would be highly regarded
