ARC Disability is a community-based organisation with a long history in the Cairns and Far North, supporting children and adults who have a disability, their families and support networks.
Role Summary:
Full Time - 38hrs per Week
Monday to Saturday - Weekend and shift work required
S.C.H.A.D.S. Industry Award – Level 2

In this role, you'll support all service areas by creating efficient, effective, person-centred rosters.
At times,
it can be a challenging to balance the needs of the individuals and groups we support with the skills and availability of our valued Disability Support Workers.

Skills and Experience
Previous experience undertaking tasks within defined timeframes
Administration and data entry experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Able to consistently and accurately enter data
High-level problem-solving skills
Good IT literacy including spreadsheets and word processing
Working with Children (Blue Card), NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) and a Right to Work within Australia
Undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and maintain Company Policy requirements
Current Queensland Drivers Licence
Current Comprehensive Car Insurance and Car Registration
