We're looking for a Plastic Injection Technician to join our Manufacturing team in Perth.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of our injection moulding processes, helping us deliver high-quality components that are used in life-saving equipment globally.
The Role:
Set up and operate plastic injection moulding machines and associated equipment
Perform mould changes, machine start-ups and process adjustments
Monitor production runs to ensure product quality and process consistency
Troubleshoot moulding defects and process issues to minimise downtime
Conduct routine maintenance and identify equipment improvement opportunities
Receipt in raw materials
Carry out QAQC checks in the completed plastic parts and pack for storage
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Work with Engineering teams to support new product introductions and tooling trials




Maintain accurate production, maintenance and quality records
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity and waste reduction
About You:
Experience operating and setting up plastic injection moulding equipment
Solid understanding of moulding processes, materials and tooling
Experience troubleshooting manufacturing and product quality issues
Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
Valuable mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement
A valid W.A Drivers License
