Why This Role Exists
Someday Studios has reached a stage of growth where client relationships — and the retention that flows from them — need dedicated ownership.
As Client Success/Account Manager, you'll own the client relationship from end to end.
From onboarding, managing the production journey from shoot day to delivery, and driving retention.
You'll be measured on retention and renewals — not just client satisfaction.
The right person will build genuine trust with clients and turn that trust into long-term, growing relationships.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Fremantle HQ.

Shoot days require you to be on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Client communication:
Own all client communication through WhatsApp client groups, ensuring clients are never left waiting on a response.
Onboarding:
Onboard every new client and run kick off calls.
Content strategy:
Develop a content strategy and shoot day plans for each client, aligned to their business goals.
Shoot day management:
On-set coaching for clients, managing the run sheet, and enhancing client experience on set.
Quality control:
Review and approve all edited content before it is sent to clients, ensuring it meets our standard.
Delivery:
Deliver final videos, write captions, and publish content via scheduling platforms.
Client experience:
Maintain a client experience calendar covering milestones, wins, birthdays, and events.
Retention and growth:
Manage renewals and identify opportunities before the client asks — additional content days, ads management, photography.
Case studies:
Document testimonials and case studies from successful client engagements.
Pipeline management:
Manage multiple clients through a project management software, ensuring nothing is missed or delayed.
Ideal Candidate Profile - is this you?
You're a strong, warm communicator, comfortable leading client calls and being on set
You're highly organised — you can run multiple client pipelines at once without anything slipping
You have working knowledge of video/content production, from pre-production through to scheduling

You're sales-comfortable enough to spot and raise upsell opportunities naturally
You're comfortable using AI to work smarter — speeding up planning, scripting, and content workflows
You have a high standard for what goes out under your name
You have experience in a similar client facing role or marketing agency
Desirable but not essential:
Experience using AI tools and automations
Hands-on video or content production experience (filming, editing, directing)
1-2 years experience in a content, marketing, or creative agency
As a general guide, we're looking for around 1–2 years in a client-facing role — but we care more about who you are than a number on your resume.
If you're the right person, we'd rather have the conversation than judge your experience level.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means:
Clients feel confident, informed, and genuinely looked after at every stage of their journey with us
Clients rave about the experience with us, not just the footage
Nothing falls through the cracks — every client pipeline, deadline, and milestone is tracked and on time
Upsells and renewals happen naturally, because the client already trusts you and sees the value
Content quality is consistently high, with no client ever chasing a fix or a missed deadline
Client relationships strengthen over time, leading to referrals, testimonials, and long-term retention
Someday Studios' reputation for high standards and genuine care is upheld in every client interaction
What the Application Process Looks Like
Submit your resume, and send a short 1–2 minute video introducing yourself and why you'd be a good fit for the role to ******.
