Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team

About You
Proven experience in automotive sales with leadership or managerial experience
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to complete a National Police Check (company provided)
Valid driver's license and availability to work weekends
