Due to growth within the company, we are looking for a motivated Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant to join our
Townsville Branch
.
You'll be the friendly face at the trade counter while also supporting smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Duties Include:
As our Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Providing counter and phone service to trade customers
Process customers' orders and preparing quotes
Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders




Unloading & Loading Trucks
Organising and maintaining stock
Supporting general sales activities
Occasional deliveries using a small ute
About you
To be successful, you will need:
Previous customer service experience
Minimum 1 year's warehouse experience - picking packing and dispatching
Reliable and strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Current Driver Licence and Forklift Licence (essential)
