About the Role
We're excited to offer two newly created Lifestyle Coordinator opportunities within our Lifestyle team.
One role is based at Rosewood West Perth and the other at Rosewood Leederville.
In this role, you will report to the Lifestyle and Community Engagement Lead and lead the day‐to‐day delivery of our lifestyle and leisure programs.
You'll supervise and support Lifestyle Assistants, coordinate activities, outings, entertainment and community engagement, and build strong relationships with residents and families.
You'll bring creativity, warmth and energy to every interaction, shaping a vibrant, inclusive and person‐centred environment within your home while ensuring our programs reflect Rosewood's values and commitment to premium care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver person‐centred lifestyle and leisure programs tailored to resident needs, goals and preferences
Coordinate, support and roster Lifestyle Assistants
Complete lifestyle assessments and care plans with residents to ensure wellbeing and engagement.
Coordinate monthly entertainment, incursions,
bus outings and community engagement activities
Support volunteer onboarding and day‐to‐day engagement
Maintain accurate documentation, activity calendars and evaluation records in line with organisational and aged care requirements.
Contribute ideas and initiatives that enhance resident wellbeing and social connection
Uphold Rosewood's mission, values and commitment to safe, high‐quality care
About You
Essential
Cert IV or Cert III in Ageing Support, Leisure & Health, or related field
Strong communication skills and a warm, resident‐focused approach
Ability to supervise, coach and roster a small team
Experience delivering lifestyle or leisure programs in aged care
Problem‐solving capability and confidence working independently and collaboratively
Desirable
Familiarity with Aged Care Accreditation Standards
Prior coordinator or team‐leader experience
Mandatory Requirements
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Australian working rights
