Position:
Senior Contracts Administrator
Location:
Perth, WA
Salary:
$170,000 – $200,000 + Super
Key Responsibilities:
Administer head contracts and subcontracts from initial award through to final account.
Lead procurement, variations, and progress claims while overseeing budgets and forecasting.
Maintain precise financial and compliance records to ensure accurate project tracking.
Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams to drive commercial delivery.
Support high-level commercial decision-making and proactive risk management.
What You'll Bring:
Substantial experience as a Senior CA within the Australian commercial construction sector.
A robust background in managing complex procurement, contracts, and rigorous cost control.
Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial builds.
Clear, confident communication skills with a high degree of organisation.
Currently based in Perth with full Australian working rights.
