Trainee Service Advisor
to join our busy and friendly Service Department.

About the Role
As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will work closely with our experienced Service Team to learn all aspects of the Service Advisor role.
You will be the key link between our customers and workshop technicians, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle servicing experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner
Booking service appointments and managing customer enquiries
Liaising with technicians regarding service and repair requirements
Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
Preparing service documentation and invoices
Learning dealership systems and processes
Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn




Enjoys working with customers and building relationships
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is organised, reliable and able to multitask
Has good computer skills and attention to detail
Presents professionally and takes pride in their work
Holds a valid driver's licence (preferred but not essential)
Previous customer service, retail or administration experience will be highly regarded, but no automotive experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
