Join us in a critical
leadership role responsible for providing expert knowledge and
operational oversight across Royal Perth Bentley Mount Lawley Group
(RPBMLG).
You will provide senior leadership to the Divisional
Nursing Teams, support patient flow and access initiatives,
coordinate organisational responses to emerging risks, and ensure
the delivery of safe, high quality patient care.
Please note that the role may be
required to work across Mt Lawley, Bentley Health Service and Royal
Perth Hospital and there are 3.0 FTE available consisting of:
2.0 FTE Coordinator of Nursing – Medical (1x permanent, 1x
6 months with possibility of extension and/or permanency)
1.0 FTE Coordinator of Nursing – Perioperative & Surgical
(6 months with possibility of extension and/or
permanency)

About the
Opportunity
As the
Coordinator of
Nursing
, you will be at the forefront of leading the
RPBMLG Divisional Nursing teams.
You will work autonomously and in
collaboration with clinical and non-clinical staff to operationally
manage, resolve and reduce risks.
The role works in collaboration
with direct reports to manage the human, financial and material
resources within their allocated portfolio in accordance with
policies, objectives goals and values of the RPBMLG.
This role is perfect for a

Both Medical and Surgical Divisions
are looking for dynamic nursing leaders to join our Royal Perth
Bentley Mount Lawley Group team.
For the
Surgical
Division
position, initially based at the Mt Lawley site,
this role will be responsible for the Perioperative & Surgical
areas which includes 8 theatres, the Endoscopy Unit including 2
procedure rooms, the Day Surgery Unit and the Surgical Ward.
For the




Medical
Division
positions, these roles will initially be
supporting a range of subspecialties across Royal Perth Hospital
and Bentley Health Service (BHS) sites.
Area
Profile:
The East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS)
comprises an extensive hospital and health service network that
aims to maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of more than
828,000 Western Australians in its catchment area.
Our hospital network works together
to provide a combination of tertiary, secondary and specialist
health care services including emergency and critical care, state
trauma, elective and emergency surgery, general medical, mental
health, inpatient and outpatient services, aged care, palliative
care, rehabilitation and women's, children's and neonates
services.
The EMHS consists of Royal Perth
Hospital; Mt Lawley Hospital; Armadale Health Service; Bentley
Health Service; Kalamunda Hospital; St John of God Midland Public

Bentley Health Service (BHS) is a
fully accredited public hospital located 10km from the Perth CBD.
BHS provides quality healthcare to the community, specialising in
the delivery of rehabilitation, community child and adolescent
health, mental health care and aged care services.
The range of
services includes specialist outpatient services, Allied Health,
General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Plastics and
Urology.
Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) is
Western Australia's longest-serving hospital and renowned for
contributing to innovation and excellence in medical research and
patient care.
It is a 450-bed hospital, with an extensive range of
services including Adult major trauma, complex and elective
surgical care, highly specialised surgical services, tertiary
mental health and specialist medical services.
Mount Lawley Hospital is located
just minutes from the Perth CBD offering a range of services
including Outpatient clinics, general medical, rehabilitation and
geriatric services, surgical, day procedures and endoscopy.
