About the role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience.
From welcoming guests and taking orders to serving food and beverages, you'll help create the relaxed, friendly and professional service we're known for.
Key responsibilities
Providing friendly and attentive food and beverage service
Taking guest orders and processing payments
Serving food, wine and other beverages
Preparing and maintaining restaurant, bar and service areas
Supporting functions, events and busy service periods
Following responsible service of alcohol and food safety requirements
Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Working collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams
Creating genuine and memorable experiences for our guests
About you
Previous hospitality, restaurant, bar or customer service experience
A current RSA
2 years experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, hands-on attitude
Confidence working in a rapid-paced environment




Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
Strong attention to detail and presentation
A genuine passion for providing excellent guest service
Previous experience is highly regarded, but
attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
