Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join its growing Local Government team and support long term regional local government clients.
This is an prospect for an experienced consultant or asset management professional who enjoys working with clients, solving complex problems and turning strategy into practical outcomes.
You'll work closely with council stakeholders and the wider team, providing senior advice across asset management and infrastructure while helping deliver meaningful outcomes for the community.
What you'll do
Provide senior asset management advice to Local Government clients
Lead and contribute to asset management projects and deliverables
Develop and review
asset management plans, strategies and frameworks
Contribute to condition, renewal and asset planning initiatives
Identify risks, priorities and opportunities with clients
Lead project teams and coordinate consultants and technical specialists
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Support the continued growth of the Local Government team
What we're looking for
You'll be an experienced consultant or asset management professional with strong technical capability and the confidence to work directly with clients.
Ideally, you'll have:
Significant experience in




asset management and/or infrastructure consulting
Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices
Experience working with
Local Government, utilities or infrastructure
Knowledge of
ISO *****, IIMM or similar
frameworks
Experience leading projects, teams or client engagements
Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
A relevant tertiary qualification in
engineering (preferred), asset management, infrastructure, project management or a related discipline
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
National Police Check and White Card
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
