About the opportunity
Due to continued growth across our operations, we're seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our team for upcoming July/ August Shutdowns across key Pilbara sites including Jimblebar, Yandi, and Mining Area C.

Competitive casual rates – $***** to $***** per hour (including casual loading)
12-hour shifts – Maximise your earning potential
Allocations available for 29th September - Onwards - Flexible to suit your availability
Ongoing ad-hoc work – High chance of continued employment beyond shutdowns

About you
You're a safety-minded,



team-focused tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributing to a strong site culture.
You'll bring:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Scaffolding, preferably within the mining and minerals environment
Ability to promptly complete extended client inductions and onboarding requirements.
Demonstrated experience working in a mine site shutdown environment
Full Australian work rights – passport, birth certificate, citizenship certificate, or valid work visa
Hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications:
· Construction Induction Card (White Card) – must be current and valid
· High-Risk Work License – Scaffolding
· Gas Test Atmosphere (2-year expiry)
· Confined Space Entry (2-year expiry)
· Working at Heights (2-year expiry)
· MSIC Card (Desirable)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including:
· Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening – this is site standard
· Genuine commitment to safety – you follow procedures, wear your PPE properly, and speak up when something doesn't look right
· Strong attention to detail – you understand surface prep standards, DFT requirements, and the importance of doing it right the first time
· Team player who backs up your crew, communicates well, and helps maintain a positive site culture
· Pride in your work – you take ownership of quality finishes and understand your coatings protect critical assets for years
