About the role
The SCC Project Administrator provides assistance to the Project Management Team on the Moomba to Wilton pipeline repair program.
This project is essential for implementing remedial actions required to address pipeline defects resulting from Stress Corrosion Cracking (SCC).
The scope includes underground excavation, coating removal, inspection, and repair activities to be undertaken during the summer months.
Specialist contractor teams will mobilise to site to execute the works, while APA will provide site management and oversight.
Key responsibilities
Day to day recording and reporting of site progress
Remote area personnel tracking
Permit preparation
Records archive
Vehicle arrangements
Accommodation and travel planning and bookings
Maintaining and updating site personnel rosters and workforce tracking records
Supporting and coordinating with site administration personnel
Stakeholder coordination and communication
About you
Demonstrated commitment to safety, with a strong safety-first mindset and adherence to safe work practices
Experience working in remote locations
Willingness and ability to work a 21:7 FIFO/DIDO roster




Current driver's licence and mandatory 4WD training/certification
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced project setting
Effective communication and attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation
Experience in project administration, logistics coordination, permits, rosters, and record management
Construction White Card, Drivers License, RIIVEH305F Operate and maintain a four wheel drive vehicle
What we offer
Excellent pay rate $725 per day
