About the Role
As an Optical Dispenser, you'll play a key role in helping patients find the right eyewear solutions to suit their vision, lifestyle, and personal style.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
Delivering exceptional customer service and patient care
Developing product knowledge and confidently recommending eyewear solutions
Supporting day-to-day practice operations
Working collaboratively with the team to create outstanding patient experience.

Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who:
Is passionate about
Patient First
care and customer service
Has optical and/or retail experience (preferred)
Communicates confidently and professionally
Learns product knowledge quickly and enjoys sharing it with patients
Is enthusiastic, friendly, and a strong team player
Is available to work across Monday to Saturday as required
