Deionno Electrical & Solar is a local-run electrical and solar business serving homeowners across Adelaide.
We're licensed electricians first — which means every system we sell is designed and installed by our own team, not handed off to a subcontractor.
Our customers deal with the same business from the first quote to the final switch-on.
We're growing, and we're looking for a Solar Sales Consultant to join us.
About the role
You'll be meeting homeowners in their homes across metro Adelaide, understanding what they actually need, and designing a solar and battery solution that makes sense for them.
Some of your appointments will be booked for you from our enquiries and existing customer base.
The rest you'll build yourself through referrals, follow-ups and local networking — and we'll back you while you do it.
This is a consultative role, not a hard-sell one.
Our reputation in Adelaide is worth more to us than any single sale.
What you'll be doing
Attending in-home consultations with homeowners across metro Adelaide
Assessing energy usage, roof space and site conditions to design the right system
Preparing and presenting quotes, and explaining rebates and financing options clearly
Following up leads and quotes promptly and professionally
Building your own pipeline through referrals, past customers and local contacts




Working alongside our install team to make sure what you sell is what gets delivered
Keeping your jobs and notes up to date in our CRM
What we're looking for
A proven track record in sales — solar experience is a bonus, not a requirement
Confidence sitting at a kitchen table and having a straight conversation with a homeowner
Genuine listening skills — the ability to work out what someone needs before pitching
Self-motivation and good organisation; you'll be managing your own diary
Solid written and verbal communication
A current SA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Willingness to work the occasional evening or Saturday appointment when it suits the customer
If you've sold in real estate, insurance, telcos, home improvement, fitness or automotive and you're looking for an industry with real long-term growth — we'll teach you the solar side.
