Selection criteria
Advocate for children and their rights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement educational programs
Knowledge of EYLF, NQS, MTOP, and relevant regulations




Passion for early childhood and/or school age education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
Requirements
Eligible to work in Australia and willing to relocate to Kowanyama
Willing to enrol to a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care with One Tree
Current Working with Children Check
Satisfactory National Police Clearance
Foundations of Child Safety Training Certificate
