About the role
As the Head Housekeeper at The John Flynn College, you will be responsible for leading and managing the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the college facilities.
This full-time position is based in Douglas, QLD **** and will involve overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping operations.
What you'll be doing
Supervising and directing the housekeeping team to complete all cleaning tasks to a high standard
Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality
Ordering and managing cleaning supplies and equipment to meet the college's needs
Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets the required standards
Liaising with other departments to address any housekeeping-related issues
Contributing to the continuous improvement of housekeeping operations

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Proficient in the use of cleaning equipment and supplies
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
