WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
?
We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Underground Operator & Trainer to join our team on a FIFO basis from Perth.
Reporting to the Underground Superintendent, this role combines hands-on operational delivery with responsibility for training, mentoring, and supporting site teams.
This is a highly respected position suited to someone who leads by example, thrives in underground environments, and enjoys developing others while maintaining strong operational performance.
You will play a key role in underground emulsion delivery, stock control, training compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring safe and efficient operations aligned with Enaex standards.
Ideally you will have;
Strong experience in underground blasting (development & production)
Current Underground Shotfirer licence
High Risk EWP ticket




Computer literacy and reporting capability
Certificate IV in Training and Assessing
Experience operating UG emulsion systems and associated equipment
Demonstrated ability to train and mentor operators in field environments
Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and legislative requirements
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capability
