About the role
As a Registered Nurse with Rubies Nursing Care, you will provide safe, high-quality, and person-centred care across hospital, aged care, and community healthcare settings.
Key responsibilities
Providing direct nursing care to patients, residents, and clients
Administering medications safely and within your scope of practice
Monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient condition
Completing wound care and clinical assessments
Developing, reviewing, and implementing individualised care plans
Working closely with doctors, allied health professionals, care teams, and families
Supporting patients and families with clear communication, education, and emotional support
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Following infection control, clinical governance, and workplace safety requirements
About you
Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration held for a minimum of TWO YEARS
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Experience in hospital, aged care, mental health, theatre, emergency, ICU, CCU, or other clinical settings
Robust clinical skills in medication administration, wound care, patient monitoring, and documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care
Willingness to travel for contract work or interest in permanent placement opportunities
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and public holidays where required
