BIG4 Saltwater Yamba Holiday Park is looking to get ready for the warmer busy season for our swim-up pool bar and we are looking for a friendly, motivated, and skilled bartender to join our dynamic team!
Located right on the stunning Clarence River, BIG4 Saltwater Yamba offers guests a relaxing and fun holiday experience.
As a bartender at our swim-up pool bar, you will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our guests while ensuring excellent service and a positive atmosphere.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a passionate and outgoing bartender with a flair for delivering exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A valid NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is a must, as is a strong commitment to responsible alcohol service and guest safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a range of drinks and food to poolside guests
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible service in line with RSA guidelines
Assist with stock management, including restocking bar supplies and inventory tracking




Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive, professional atmosphere
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
The ability to work a mixture of both day and evening shifts.
Operational hours range from 10am - 8pm.
Look after in-house guests and ensuring only guests are in the pool area.
Skills & Attributes:
A valid NSW RSA is required
Previous bartending experience is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Team player with a positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
