About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Clarence Village Ltd' Dougherty Villa Aged Care in Grafton, NSW.
This is part-time, where you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing individualised care plans to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our aged care residents
Administering medications and treatments according to residents' care plans
Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes to the care team
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, holistic care
Providing compassionate, person-centred support to our residents and their families
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
What we're looking for
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
Robust clinical skills and knowledge of aged care best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to person-centred care




Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong organisational and time management skills
