Based in Osborne Park, we proudly serve the Perth metropolitan area.
We're looking for an experienced
Site Supervisor
to join our Osborne Park team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading trades, coordinating projects and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role
You will oversee projects from initial scope through to completion, working closely with our internal teams, subcontractors and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and coordinate internal trades and subcontractors across project sites.
Manage projects from scoping and tendering through to construction, commissioning and handover.
Develop scopes of work and coordinate project resources, schedules and priorities.
Monitor project progress, KPIs, budgets and job accountability through AWB Co.'s systems.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
Complete project quoting and ensure accurate, timely invoicing.
Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, pre-starts and safety audits.
Manage defects and ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
Maintain strong relationships with government and commercial clients.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Project Management or a minimum of 3 years' proven project management experience.
Government Experience:
Prior experience working on government contracts is highly regarded.
Trade Background:
A trade background is preferred, with experience managing internal teams and contractors.
Technical Skills:
Strong IT skills,



including proficiency in Simpro, Procore, Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being an advantage.
Project Delivery:
Proven ability to deliver projects within agreed timelines and required standards.
Safety Knowledge:
Strong understanding of safety practices and a commitment to maintaining safe work environments.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
Time Management:
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines.
Commercial Acumen:
Experience reviewing commercial contracts, with strong commercial awareness.
Personal Attributes:
Innovative thinker with a self-motivated, proactive, and can-do attitude.
