About the role
Percival Print & Packaging is seeking a motivated Apprentice Offset Printer to join our experienced production team in East Perth.
You'll complete a Certificate III in Printing through a nationally recognised training provider while earning a full-time wage.
Our apprenticeship follows a competency-based training model, giving you the flexibility to progress at a pace that suits your ability and commitment.
From day one you'll be paid well above the apprentice award rate, receive practical, hands-on training, and work towards your Certificate III in Printing while learning from some of the industry's most experienced Offset Printers.
Key responsibilities
Develop practical skills in Sheet-fed Offset Printing
Printing press set-up and operation
Colour management and quality control
Paper and board handling
Press maintenance and troubleshooting
Quality assurance and inspection
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Workplace Health & Safety
Manufacturing premium folding cartons and packaging for leading Global and Australian brands
