We're looking for experienced Section Waiters to join our team and help deliver memorable guest experiences every service.

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver exceptional service – Create genuine connections with guests and ensure every interaction reflects the Print Hall experience.
Guest experience – Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests and ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of Print Hall.
Menu knowledge – Develop a strong understanding of our food, beverage and service offerings to confidently guide guests through their experience.
Order accuracy – Take orders accurately, communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar, and ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly.
Service standards – Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism and attention to detail throughout every service.
Upselling – Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through thoughtful recommendations and strong product knowledge.
What We're Looking For




Availability – Available to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Communication – Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with a diverse range of guests.
Experience – Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
Hospitality – A genuine passion for food, beverage and exceptional guest experiences.
Professionalism – A positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a professional approach to service.
RSA – Valid WA RSA certificate required.
Service knowledge – A strong understanding of service standards, sequence of service and restaurant operations.
Work ethic – The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
