The Opportunity
Health in Mind is looking to employ a fulltime Receptionist to join our expanding clinic in Claremont.




Working 5 days a week, you will need to be available until 530pm on 3 of those days.

What we are looking for
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
Mature professional who has a solution focused mindset
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as confidence to work autonomously
Ability to work at a fast pace with high level of attention to detail
Minimum 1-2 years of reception experience in the health sector
Prior experience with Gentu or Genie desirable
