Strike Drilling is growing, and we're looking for experienced Field Supervisors to join the team across our Australia-wide operations.
Whether you're an experienced Field Supervisor seeking your next challenge or a Senior Driller ready to step into a leadership role, this is an opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of drilling projects nationwide.
As a Field Supervisor, you will provide leadership, technical support, and operational oversight across our drilling projects.
You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, supporting site crews, and ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while managing expectations on site
Lead, coach, mentor, and support drilling crews to achieve safety and performance objectives
Coordinate daily drilling activities and supervise rig operations
Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with Strike Drilling's safety systems, procedures, and drilling standards
Facilitate daily pre-start meetings,
toolbox talks, and client safety meetings
Provide technical guidance and operational support to site teams
Liaise closely with the Operations team throughout drill programs
Address performance matters promptly, respectfully, and professionally
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are completed
Assist with scheduling, resource planning, and equipment utilisation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling experience
Section 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor qualification (preferred)
Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement
Proven leadership experience in a client-facing operational environment
Ability to work effectively in remote locations and undertake 12-hour shifts
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
A proactive, hands-on leadership style focused on team success and operational excellence
A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a high-performing safety culture
