Thursday 22nd October *******:30 - Thursday 22nd October **** (Ward rounds, Consulting)
Friday 23rd October *******:30 - Friday 23rd October **** (Ward rounds, Theatre, Consulting)

Accommodation: Reimbursed up to $162 per night (GST inclusive, room only, invoice required). Travel: Fuel receipts or bus/train reimbursed. No km reimbursement. Flights require prior approval.
