About the role
As a Jac + Jack Store Stylist, you will support in driving sales by providing excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
Consistently deliver outstanding customer service, providing product education, styling and wardrobing advice
Ensure product displayed in store is in line with the company's visual merchandising standards as set out in line with Jac + Jack guidelines
Ensure all new Jac + Jack customers are invited to join the database
Respond to customer queries in a professional, polite and timely manner
Effectively balance customer service with administrative duties
Confident and proficient use of POS systems, ensuring accurate completion of all Jac + Jack transactions
Understand weekly and monthly sales targets and business KPIs
Provide anecdotal weekly trade feedback to management team




Accurately follow all stock receiving procedures with current deliveries and ensure timely display of product
About you
Retail sales experience is preferred
Team player with excellent communication skills
Both week and weekend availability essential
Proficiency with Apparel21 is a plus
