An exciting prospect exists to join The Usual Suspects Collective as an Accounts & Admin Assistant for our stable of premium, family-owned wine brands.
The successful applicant will have an ability to multitask and have a desire for career growth with a fast-paced business.
Key responsibilities
Processing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Bank account reconciliation including corporate credit card
Weekly cash flow preparation and payments
Assisting the Finance Manager with month-end processes, workpapers & journals
Provide administrative support across HR processes
Assist the Finance Manager, Production Manager and wider team, as required
Provide general office and administrative support, as required
About you
Experience with both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Previous experience in Accounts,
bookkeeping or administrative position
Bank Reconciliation & Cashflow preparation skills
MYOB, Xero or similar software experience
Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
Ability to think logically, learn quickly and problem solve
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic and high level of self-motivation
