About the role
CBD Specialist Practice is seeking a friendly and experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
We currently have Casual positions available, working Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 6.00pm.
The successful applicant must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours over 3 days, across both our Dulwich and Mount Barker sites.
What you'll be doing
Greet and welcome patients, providing a warm and professional reception experience
Manage patient enquiries, bookings and appointments in a timely and effective manner
Assist with patient registration and documentation, ensuring all records are accurately maintained
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing and managing inventory
Liaise with medical staff and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or Administrator, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,



with a friendly and professional manner
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in using medical practice software and standard office applications
A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons
