What you'll do
Support the daily rhythm of the shop floor
Guide and motivate the team to deliver strong customer service
Keep your section replenished, organised and ready for the customer
Stay close to product, new arrivals, best sellers and commercial priorities
Support sales, exchanges, refunds and store processes when needed
Work with managers and the wider team to maintain standards and pace
What we're looking for
Experience in retail, customer service or team supervision
A strong interest in fashion, product and customer behaviour
Confidence guiding and supporting others on the floor
A clear, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and a collaborative mindset
Availability to work 38 hours per week, a mix of weekdays and weekends
