About the role
Work alongside Executive Chef to lead the Banquets team
Replicate Luma's fine dining experience in a Banquet setting
Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness procedures
Support stock rotation and minimise wastage
Work collaboratively with the broader kitchen and front-of-house teams
Bring creativity and care to everything you plate

Relevant culinary qualifications and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
A genuine passion for food and delivering high-quality dining experiences
Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required
High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and personal presentation
