The Role:

We are partnering with a well-known organisation in western Sydney that is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team on a 4-week temporary basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is immediately available and confident working independently in a standalone role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Allocating remittances and applying customer payments accurately against invoices
- Managing collections processes, following up on outstanding balances
- Performing high-volume payment allocations in a timely manner
- Producing and maintaining Accounts Receivable reports to support visibility of aged debt
- Assisting with reconciliation of customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Ensuring all AR processes are completed in line with internal controls and deadlines

About you:

- Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role, with a robust focus on allocations
- Hands-on experience processing AR transactions with a large ERP system
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately
- Comfortable working independently in a standalone role




- Confident communicator, particularly with communication for collections
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be immediately available and ready to start at short notice
