Detailed Job Description:
· Lead day -to -day Azure platform support operations,
including troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
- Monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor,
Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Manage patching, updates, and performance
tuning for Azure services.
- Coordinate with teams for bug fixes,
enhancements, and deployments.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and
implement preventive measures.
