About the Role

As an experienced and organised Bookkeeper to join our agile team. If you are detail-oriented multitasker with a big heart and a love for helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

✨Full-time role based in our Maitland office. 38 hour week, Monday - Friday✨

Your responsibilities will include:

Accounts payable and receivable
Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Payroll processing and reporting using MYOB
Processing Invoices
General ledger maintenance
End-of-month reconciliations and reporting support

Profit & loss statements

Supplier and membership account management
Maintaining accurate financial records

Supporting management with financial administration and reporting

✅ What You’ll Bring





Proven bookkeeping or accounts experience using MYOB
Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounts experience
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Professional, confidential, and reliable

Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines

Payroll experience with 50+ employees
Knowledge of SCHAD's award highly regarded

Scheduling experience highly regarded
