We are seeking an experienced Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant team member to join our team as a dedicated long-term member. This permanent full-time position is based at our Newcastle branch and requires someone who can learn quickly and step confidently into the role
The duties are varied and include a wide variety of tasks such as:

As our Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Customer service – Assist with enquiries by phone, email and trade counter
General sales activities – Prepare quotes and invoice accurately
Processing orders
Pick, packing, inventory maintenance





Warehouse organisation and cleanliness

Monday - Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm | Onsite
About you:

The successful applicate will have:

Proven customer service experience

Previous warehouse experience

Reliable and strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Robust communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Current Driver Licence and Forklift Licence
