About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of showroom performance, team culture and customer experience. You'll lead from the front with your own sales results while coaching and developing your team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead from the front with strong personal sales performance
- Build, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with a premium brand
- Drive showroom performance through high-value sales strategies
- Maintain impeccable showroom standards and presentation
- Create a positive, accountable and results-driven team culture

About You

- Proven success in high-ticket or consultative sales
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
- Competitive, driven and highly results-focused
- Polished and professional presence suited to a luxury workplace
- Passionate about customer experience and relationship building




- Confident leading, coaching and motivating a sales team

- $75K-$80K base salary
- 1% commission on personal sales, paid monthly

Roster
- Weekend work required
- Two RDOs during the week
- One weekend off per month
