An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Engineer to join a highly regarded Tier 2 construction contractor delivering a sports and recreation centre project in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of major commercial projects and work alongside an experienced project team on a high-profile development.

As Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the project from construction through to completion. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and broader project team, gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery.

The Opportunity

- Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider delivery team
- Manage subcontractor packages from procurement through to delivery
- Coordinate design, documentation, RFIs, variations and technical issues
- Assist with programme, cost, quality and construction planning




- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and other key project stakeholders
- Drive project outcomes and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

What We're Looking For
- Project Engineers with experience working for a Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 contractor
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience delivering major commercial construction projects
- Solid technical and commercial understanding of project delivery
- Confident managing subcontractors and liaising with consultants and clients
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work across multiple priorities
- Ambitious Project Engineers looking to develop within a leading construction business
