We are partnering with a fast-growing specialist recruitment business operating across Mining, Civil and Drilling. Founded by two UK recruiters with industry backgrounds, the company has scaled rapidly, secured major vendor agreements in year one and built a strong reputation across Western Australia.

They are now hiring a Senior / Principal Consultant to build and scale their Mining White Collar permanent desk across WA.

This is a leadership-track hire.

High Earning Potential

- Base salary: AUD 80k - 110k
- Commission: 20-30% above threshold
- Threshold: 2.5x salary
