We are partnering with a rapidly growing specialist recruitment business operating across Mining, Civil and Drilling. Established by two UK founders with strong industry and agency backgrounds, the business has scaled quickly, secured major vendor agreements within its first year and built a strong reputation for delivery, transparency and integrity.

They are now hiring experienced 360 recruiters to step into Senior / Principal level roles, focused on Civil White Collar recruitment across Western Australia or Queensland.

This is not a “come in and learn” role.
This is a “come in and build, lead and earn” chance.

You will focus on civil infrastructure white collar roles, supporting contractors, engineering consultancies and major projects across WA or QLD.

Western Australia

You will be trusted to operate as a true 360 consultant with full autonomy across business development, candidate management and client strategy.

- Base salary:



AUD 80k - 110k depending on experience
- Commission: 20-30% above threshold
- Threshold: 2.5x salary
- Flat, simple commission model
- 500k-700k billers are well rewarded
