Strong earning model

Quarterly threshold is 60% of salary.

Commission structure:

- 45% between threshold and $75k

- 50% between $75k and $100k

- 55% above $100k

You can realistically take home close to half of what you bill.

There is also a 50/50 split model on sourced candidates, paid if placed within six months, heavily incentivising strong sourcing.

Clear but optional leadership pathway

The ideal hire is likely a Principal-level consultant or someone ready to step into that level.

Management is available but not mandatory.



The business would happily run with a team of experienced Principals who bill well and operate autonomously.

Managers receive profit share of:

- $1k per team member hitting threshold

- 10% of team billings above $75k per quarter

- Potential to recruit Melbourne, Sydney or Queensland markets from Melbourne

- Heavy emphasis on candidate sourcing and market mapping

- Floating candidates into warm networks
