We’re partnering with a leading Australian organisation to appoint an Industrial Relations Consultant and Senior Industrial Relations Consultant as the team expands to support a growing volume of strategic IR activity.

With several team members currently dedicated to major transformation initiatives, these roles offer a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded IR function that is trusted by senior leaders and actively shapes business outcomes. Industrial Relations has a genuine seat at the table, with the team providing advice on some of the organisation's most significant workforce and change initiatives.

Senior IR Consultant
Support a major enterprise bargaining process covering a large workforce while partnering with senior leaders on complex IR and change initiatives.
You'll bring:

- Strong enterprise bargaining experience in a large, complex organisation
- Experience managing union relationships and senior stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of enterprise agreements and workplace relations

IR Consultant
Perfect for an IR professional looking to build their experience across enterprise bargaining and organisational change.
You'll bring:

- Experience in Industrial Relations and exposure to enterprise agreements and employment legislation




- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach
