In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative Child & Family Health team supporting Aboriginal families through culturally safe, relationship-based care. You'll provide cultural leadership and advocacy within the Sustaining NSW Families (SNF) team, act as a key link between SNF, Aboriginal services, and community partners, and contribute to multidisciplinary case reviews.

You'll support families at appointments, provide health education, help strengthen service connections to health services, and contribute to community initiatives. You will also mentor and support Aboriginal Health Workers.

- Certificate IV in Aboriginal Health Care or other relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience working within Aboriginal Health Programs and/or health systems. Care coordination skills.

- NSW Class C Drivers Licence.

This is a temporarily funded position until 27 June 2027 with the possibility of an extension subject to funding.
