About our client

Our client is a Sydney-grown, boutique recruitment agency with a reliable reputation in the Marketing, Digital and Communications space. The opportunity

They're looking for a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join their Marketing desk in Sydney. You'll inherit warm client relationships, work on genuinely interesting briefs (think Head of Brand, CMO, Performance leads, Content Directors, Product Marketing, and everything in between), and have the runway to build out a desk that's yours - your clients, your niche, your style.

This is a seat for someone who's done the hard yards in agency recruitment (here, in the UK, in EMEA, or anywhere else the industry runs hot) and wants a platform that takes them further, faster - without the corporate politics.

About you

You've got a solid track record in agency recruitment (typically 4+ years for Senior, 6+ for Principal), ideally within Marketing, Digital, Communications or an adjacent white-collar specialism.

You're a genuine 360 consultant - comfortable with BD, pitching, negotiating, and running a full desk.

You've billed consistently and can talk to the numbers with confidence.

You care about doing right by candidates and clients - shortcut culture isn't your thing.

You want more ownership, better earnings, and a team that actually celebrates the wins.
