Caring Circle Support Network is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join our close-knit team. This vital frontline role involves supporting one of our female participants to live independently, feel empowered, and reach her personal goals.

At Caring Circle, we believe in leading with honesty, heart, and purpose. You'll be working in a supportive environment where your role truly matters, helping people build daily living skills, access their community, and live fulfilling lives.

About the Role As a Support Worker, you'll:

Provide complex personal care, manual handling and support with daily living tasks
Assist with meal preparation, household duties, and medication prompts
Support community access, transport, and participation in recreational activities
Encourage social connection, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth
Help maintain routines and promote independence in a safe, respectful environment
Collaborate with families, professionals, and the broader support team

Document progress and changes in wellbeing clearly and accurately

What You'll Need
Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)




A reliable vehicle and full driver's license
Must have experience with Complex personal care, manual handling and mental health support
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality care
Available at least 10-15 hours per week, Mornings and Evenings

Ability to complete accurate timesheets and progress notes

Requirements: Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or similar (Preferred)

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personal care, manual handling and medication administration is required
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check

Driver's licence and access to a reliable, full comprehensive insured vehicle
